Don't worry, I'm not gonna start any sword fights. I'm over that phase.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

James Van Der Beek makes a movie with Sam Elliot. Antonio Banderas and Snoop Dogg star. Cosmic sex happens.

I am curious.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I really liked Watchmen

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I liked it too, Laga. And I liked Dawn of the Dead. But 300 was surprisingly boring.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Would 300 have been a good movie in a language you did not speak?

Dawn of the Dead is probably the movie that turned me into a true horror fan. I didn't enjoy 300 much but I'm glad I saw it so I could really appreciate Robot Chicken's 1776.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I enjoyed it, but that was due to a combination of the art direction, cinematography, and Gerard Butler's personal trainer.

Saw Limitless. Liked it. Implausible, but they made a good stab at covering the angles. Bradley is a good sympathetic smarmy bastard. But, oh god, that final haircut made me laugh out loud.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

That's good to hear, ita. I was just coming to see if anyone had been to Limitless, I'm supposed to go with my dad and my daughter tomorrow.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Would 300 have been a good movie in a language you did not speak?

I wound up watching a pirated copy with Chinglish subtitles, and I feel qualified to answer: yes.

I want to marry Juliette Binoche's cheekbones.

Bigamist.
