None of them look like Katniss though. Katniss has dark hair, eyes, and olive skin, so in my mind's eye, I have always thought of her as italian, greek, or mediterranean. She's really a young version of Lisbeth Salander - but from southern europe.
Of those mentioned though, I prefer Steinfeld. I think she could really bring it.
Oh, how could I have forgotten one of my favorite opening title sequences of all time:
Zombieland.
Mars Needs Moms is based on a Berkeley Breathed book? I had no idea! [link]
Just watched
Paranormal Activity 2.
It's not as good as the first one (even slower build, and not nearly enough hot sexy demon action), but I love the way it connects to the first movie, so if you liked the first one, it's worth watching.
I hope it doesn't disappoint, Jon. I got that book for Mother's Day a couple of years ago and it made me cry!
Bizarre Netflix Recommendation of the Day:
A Nightmare on Elm Street
Because you enjoyed:
Ace Ventura: Pet Detective
Scream
Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
Now I have Ace Ventura in my head exclaiming, "Like a glove!"
Bizarre Netflix Recommendation of the Day:
I'm surprised they didn't throw a random Johnny Depp movies in there as well.
Another excellent set of opening credits I just remembered due to having just watched it for the first time in a couple of years: the fakeout opening credits to A Series of Unfortunate Events.
