I don't know about if I'd call them good, but the opening credits for Mannequin were certainly distinctive.
I liked the idea of the neon sign opening credits for Day Watch but unfortunately can't read Russian.
If it's open to TV show credit sequences, Carnivàle is an all time great.
I loved the opening sequence for
Watchmen.
It was better than the movie.
The credits for
Amélie
are amazing. Also,
Charade
and
Reservoir Dogs.
I like James Bond title sequences in general.

I'm in the middle of a very strange movie from the late '60s, Skidoo. The opening "credits" appear on a TV screen for about 5 seconds. Then a remote clicks, and the TV changes channels -- and that's it. No more opening credits.
