That's the thrill of living in the Hellmouth! There's a veritable cornucopia of fiends and devils and ghouls to engage ... Pardon me for finding the glass half-full.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

The lack of caps was intentional. Never seen Glitter, plan to keep it that way. Burlesque was awesome in several ways. Dancing, singing, costumes, makeup, and sistas doing it for themselves. Plus, Tucci was delightful, Cher and Christina were divatastic, and Cam Gigandet was good enough eye candy for me.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Heh. Easy A disappointed me in that I'd heard he was supposed to be hot stuff and then when I saw for myself my reaction was "That's who all those people were lusting over? Why?"

However, I feel Jake Gyllenhaal has fulfilled my eye candy quota for the month of December, freeing me to watch movies without considering how attractive the stars therein may be.

As I said on Twitter, as much fun as Tron Legacy was, I understand now how most people feel about the Matrix sequels. I still think you're all crazy and wrongheaded, but I get now where the hate and eye-rolling come from.

I don't understand this because (a) only the second sequel sucked, and I think that was due to how they paced the movie and (b) the first TRON is nothing I find remotely sacred.

Christ, Lucas did more damage to the Star Wars legacy with JEDI than he did with the prequels in my opinion. One word: Ewoks. Jar Jar and the stupid pod race commentators wasn't that far a fall at that point.

The Ewoks did pay off in the long run though, by inspiring the Furlings reveal in the 200th episode of Stargate: SG-1.

And in a Wizard Magazine photo strip that had one of the staffers being chosen as Galactus' next herald.

There's nothing the Ewoks can do to pay for their crimes in full.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

the first TRON is nothing I find remotely sacred.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Filmatization? Whuhuh?
