Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Always Anti-fascist!

That's true, I did like that one. And some people, I would guess, like big sweeping gestures and really obvious Good And Evil.

Okay, looking at Snyder's IMDB page, I did kind of like Dawn of the Dead, but I swear I'm also over able-to-finish-a-project being the only necessary qualification for directors.

For me, Platoon was like being hit over the head with anvil of Good! and Evil! repeatedly.

I don't know if Platoon was the first use of it, but I'm over Adagio for Strings. I seem to be over things today.

Stone is hardly a universally acclaimed director. He's had his detractors from pretty early on in his career.

Oh my dog 300 is just the most ridiculous movie ever. I'm getting very depressed that the most we seem to demand from any kind of entertainment these days is SHINY!

We have become a nation of cats.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Off to see trek again... Yay!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It's surprisingly BORING, too. I was very disappointed.

Off to see trek again... Yay!

I'm seeing it tomorrow!

Heeeee. "Welcome to the distortion of reality that is Oliver Stone Land!"

I think my favorite Oliver Stone movie moment was actually not in an Oliver Stone movie, but was in Dave, when Stone shows up on Larry King to put forth the wacky theory that the president isn't really the president. Since it's Stone saying this, King laughs it off as just another one of Oliver's crazy thoughts, when in actuality, he's the only one who has it right!

I'm with Kathy -- that's the moment that makes me give Stone some credit for being able to laugh at himself.

And I saw the Trek movie and now understand why some people want to call it their favorite of the series.

Me, I want to draw pink sparkle hearts around Z. Quinto's performance, which just made the movie for me.
