That'd be awesome, but sadly, no. It's more about how Chicago needs to remain a top-tier city, so it needs him as mayor.
His opponents are whining that it's an unnecessary slam on them, and according to the radio this morning, some are saying that he might not be a city resident because his house was rented out while he and his family were living in DC.
