ChiKat, my friend Tami, and I are going to the Friday night showing of HP7-1; I just got the tickets last night. Yay!

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Emmett and I might have to go to the first showing.

He's never had that particular thrill when a whole audience of rabid fans cheers when the lights go down.

I just discovered my Trilogy Tuesday pass-onna-lanyard yesterday, going through yet another box! I tucked the ticket for the midnight showing of The Two Towers in with it. It's been a while since I showed up with a crowd of fellow geeks for a first showing. You'll have to tell us about the audience, and how Emmett reacts.

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

I haven't, really, either. Oh, that's not true, at the end of "Sicko"(in Glendale fricking Arizona, of all places) everyone applauded. Oh, and I got to watch a real-life "GILES!" moment on Tuesday when KO showed up back at work after letting us stew over an empty stage.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I'm afraid the new HP movie has totally passed me by as I'm going to see Unstoppable this weekend with a group of squeeing Chris Pine fangirls. It may deafen the world. Well, the city at least.

I'm glad you've found RL partners in your new fandom, Sail! So much fun.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Crap, HP comes out next weekend? I don't think I'm going to fit that in.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Hmmm, I don't know when we'll get to see HP. Next weekend we're out of town, and the weekend after that is DarkoverCon.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Here's my wild prediction: It will make five metric shit tons of money. Maybe more. Depending on the denominations. Maybe all Kruggerands. We don't know. But a lot.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't remember what happened in the last one, or even in the book. Is this the one with the wandering through the wandery places?
