He's the goddamn Batmanuel!
From the sound of it, he's also the goddamn Bat For Lashes.

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Here folks, marvel at my lack of movie knowledge. Until just now, I had never seen Brazil. That was interesting. I hesitate to say "fun", but I did enjoy it. And now I get a lot of references in other movies!
However, because I have embraced my cliché, I am now watching the Langella version of Dracula, which I haven't seen in YEARS. I finally got around to buying a copy of the DVD.
You mean the "Wuthering Heights" version.

Of Dracula? Yeah, I know. But it's so PRETTY.
Christopher Lee is my OTD!
DISCO DRACULA!

Yeah, Christopher Lee or Frank Langella are my favorite Draculas. Bela is a classic, but I find Lee or Langella more compelling.
DISCO DRACULA!
Next week, I am going to kick you in the ankles for this.
Bela is far more compelling as a character in his own right than he is as Dracula.

YAY!
The Langella Dracula was the first one I saw in a theater.
And it was based on the Broadway version (with Gorey set designs) that I later saw starring Raul Julia (pretty hot).
I didn't see the Lugosi or Hammer/Lee versions until much later so my first vampires in order were:
Frank Langella
Raul Julia
Chris Sarandon (Fright Night)
Grace Jones (Vamps)
Gaaah, gratuitous spider scene! Not needed, dammit!

I don't think there are words to properly express my envy about you getting to see that.
