I had a whole section about civic pride.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

A reason, other than the gnawing through the womb scene to watch the next Twilight movie.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

On my second Inception watch, I noticed a certain musical allusion in the main theme, but yeah. Hearing it broken down like that is nuts.

As for Ariadne's token, the French call the bishop "le fou," meaning the fool or court jester. IOW, the one who has full license to tell the king unpleasant truths. Also, Ariadne's Thread is a logic strategy, and it is used among other things in computer chess games.

Y'all don't want to know how long I've spent googling shit related to this movie.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

ita, they could reanimate Marlon Brando and I still wouldn't see that movie.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

was Arachnophobia a well-done horror movie?

I'm not much for horror movies, but I heard good things about Arachnophobia so I rented it on DVD a few years after it came out. I remember the horror/scary parts mostly being over the top enough to be funny. Sort of like how the gory parts of Shaun of the Dead were gross but laughable.

LeN, the womb, the womb! Polgara tells me I must drink before and during, and I just might do it.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

ita, you know that won't be in the movie! That's the biggest disappointment.
