Glad someone is "yay"ing our stress. Good that it can be put to good use.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
And Two Lumps shows why cats like having you home sick.
Hee!! I have a co-worker with a cat who's out sick right now with the flu--I printed that out and left it on her chair.

Sorry. That wasn't an appropriate response. I just really want someone to cluestick a friends boyfriend after spending an hour with her on the phone while she was in hysterics. Again.
Fay, I tagged you. Moving slowly after last night's stomach upset. (grabs nailgun of justice) Sj, got it covered. But I've been with you all day, right?
Yes, erika. Otherwise how would we both have upset stomachs?
Well, I got in a few hours of work, then the pain was too bad. I just took some tramadol. I'll see what this does.
bonny, I asked the Assistant Dean if I could walk, but I can't. She strongly encouraged me to walk next year though.
I am, oddly, in such a great mood right now. Like letting that go means I can honestly feel happy and relieved for everything I *did* do. Also, dealing with people at school while in this mode has been so pleasant and I feel quite supported.
So funny!
Sorry. That wasn't an appropriate response.Ha, no worries, I took it just fine. The whole building is up in knots. It's an Admin Folks production (fund raiser). The admin folk aren't used to doing "productions". The space is still a construction zone, so production folk aren't used to working in the middle of a construction zone. Oh, and we just learned, rigging will be difficult because the building owners purchased scissor lifts that do *not* reach the grid. Um. Ya. Good going guys! Oh, and the director just lamented "if they are doing background checks, my past might cause a problem". Joking. I hope.

Yay! I'm glad you feel that way.
You'd think my brain would be able work out that, if the paper is due on Monday morning and I have to start moving house on Friday, what I actually have is two days to finish the thing. Instead, it wants to play computer games and keeps going "Don't worry! There's the weekend!" OK then.
I think I remember when I had a job, and my deadlines (mostly) went away at 5 or 6 pm. And it was my students who got to turn in papers. Hmm.
IOON, I just rode in a 1971 ragtop Mustang!
This is rather exciting. What colour?*
*Yup. Definitely a girl.
