I should wait for The Girl to get home from work before watching House and How I Met Your Mother, shouldn't I? On the other hand, she'd never know...
How well can you fake appropriate surprise and "OMG, I can't believe they did that"?
'Safe'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

stupid NBC ruined the best reveal on last night's HIMYM with their promos. Stupid spoilery promos are so prevalent lately.
NBC must be really evil, to spoil another network's shows.
oops.

This is why I don't watch commercials. I also don't watch the "next week on . . ." at the ends of shows. I'm even becoming wary of the Tivo info blurbs.
The most revealing thing about HIMYM was how enormously pregnant Cobie looks. It's like they'd almost given up trying to hide it.
"Yeah, she's pregnant. So what? Sure we could've shot that scene with her on the other side of the booth so Barney's body blocked her belly. But why bother? We all know she's ready to pop."
I think that they'll pull the same joke as they used to get Aly off-screen and have Barney say something to Robin that's so offensive she'll disappear for several weeks.
Eep. Someone in our LA office has swine flu. SWINE FLU!!!1!
Quick, burn all pork products!
Don't contact them via email, you know how bad those computer viruses are.
ha ha, ND, but it's still kind of EEP! to me. I really don't want swine flu anywhere near anyone I know.
