Amych, I know of at least one fannish EDS person knowledge overlap between us. The other person I am not sure if we both know (she assembles an EDS newsletter that I passed along to my RL friend and should share with the Buffistas).
Gronk. Need moar coffee.
VW, hope you are ok. That is scary stuff.
Dumb question to ask a patient: how long were you out?
Um, I don't know. I didn't check a clock.
Oh, according to the final answers they published, my answers are wrong. But the way is supposed to be right.
That sounds like my final in my Logic class, where I proved the exact opposite of what I was supposed to. Apparently I made a wrong assumption somewhere--but it made logical sense to me! :) --then followed through correctly from there, so I only lost points for the one mistake.
Professor tried and tried to explain it to me, but I kept telling him that that didn't make sense. He finally gave up.
{{{VW}}} At least you have a bit of a sense of humor. That's a good sign. In the meantime, feel better soon, k?
Ok. Seeing my PCP at 2:45. If I can find a ride.
If I can find a ride
Taxi? I'll send a check if I have to. Get your butt there, missy!
I thought statistics was an easy A. Then again, for as far as I went in Math (I was an English/Econ major in college) I thought there was a direct relationship between how good the professor was and how easy it was for me. Good prof? Easy A. Bad prof? I struggled, but with a mathematician sister's help, could still get the A. Problem was, I just didn't like math and never wanted to actually have to take any of it so I dropped it a.s.a.p.

Worse comes to worse, that's what I'll do. Mom's trying to find someone to give her a ride here to take me. So, we'll see. I have a little time to figure something out.
