The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good Luck, Steph!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I have to go to my 20-year high school reunion today (including a Mass, to which I wouldn't go, except that one of my best friends is receiving an award, and I want to be there for that).

Good luck! (I skipped mine.)

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

good luck Steph. If that church is anything like the one I grew up in, being drunk will make you fit in with the Monsignor (sp?).

BT, thanks for the reminder on ANZAC day. It's my Canberra friends b-day. Sent him wishes.

Clearly Shir wasn't fooled by the "royal we". Yup, she is a smart one.

I've been here 30 min. Still no UPS.

Our wings are not tired.

Have fun, Steph!

Excited for the pending baby arrival! Having extra hands around will be wonderful. I was quite grateful for the extended family visits when the boys were babies.

The second set is because I am over 40

Ah yes, they called my pregnancies geriatric. Most of the extra medical attention was eyerolly.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hey, all. I have been pretty grey - my internet is pretty much in the crapper, so it's no go for me. Just wanted to pop in and say hey, I'm not dead, I miss y'all and I am happy and still dating the guy I was talking about the last time.

Very happy still. Hee.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Apparently 2 margaritas before bed is an excellent cure for insomnia. I may have to test this new theory tonight to be sure.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Well, you know the results won't be scientifically valid unless they're replicable.

I think this situation calls for a group of peers to test out your theory in their own environments. Come on, you guys, it's for science.

I like the way you think, brenda!

Librarian Warlord

they called my pregnancies geriatric

Over 40 is now called advanced maternal age. The second set of high risk doctors give me a sonogram every week to check blood flow to the baby and make sure my old arteries are keeping up with his/her needs. They look at the arteries, I think it's cool that we can see that s/he has hair and get 3D pictures. So not eyerolly, but still another appointment to schlep myself to every Tuesday.

I'm looking forward to the birth of new buffista sprog, and the posting of more baby pictures.
