Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Is Jessica around?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Is there any hope that Jackie Chan was misquoted?

Oh dear. My students write a "lost book" of the Odyssey (a creative writing project they do in the epic style of the poem incorporating relevant ancient Greek themes). One of them focused on Odysseus going to a new island and meeting a king who has a weak son who must prove himself to his father. It's a stirring tale with manly declarations of strength and courage. The problem for me is that the son is named Sean K's last name. I can't stop giggling. Sean, did you know you "stood proudly looking at [your] handy work [sic]"? Odysseus gave you some "alone time" to share your daring exploits with your father at the end, even. Hee.
