Book: Yes, I'd forgotten you're moonlighting as a criminal mastermind now. Got your next heist planned? Simon: No. But I'm thinking about growing a big black mustache. I'm a traditionalist.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shir, Don't worry. I look at what you type in here, and e-mails, and I forget English is your 2nd language. The attention you pay to writing is high. I can only imagine how awesome you are in your native tongue. And think about it. You have an advantage here. If EVERYONE did bad, and he read them awhile ago, his blood pressure will have gone done, and he will be reading yours in a more calm manner. If you want it, you can have some ~ma.

I'm waking up, to put an order in for work, then hopefully I can fall back to sleep.

Being in Florida, I wouldn't suggest black. Maybe something like these:

Thanks, Vortex. I knew black was out (wedding AND Florida? yeah). I'd been thinking of something sort of gauzy, maybe in a floral/tropical print.

It's just kind of difficult - I'm a plus size, don't want to go sleeveless, and I'm relegated to flats these days. sigh.

Of course, there's a good chance I won't be able to get the time off - it's just a week or two before our annual conference ....

The dress is sleeveless, but there's a cute little jacket. And it's a zebra print, which is very florida to me. :)

Thanks, omnis.

ION, statistics are from the devil. Or just the statistic questions I have to answer. Damn you, SPSS and mostly the lecturer who's (not) teaching it.

YES! This. So much! I was GREAT at math. And in college, had to take only (1) math class. I was foolish, being a freshman, and thought the lowest class number was the easiest class, and too Probability and Statistics. Nearly failed. If not for the algebra refresher part at the beginning of the semester (which I aced), I would have. Ugg. Good luck Shir!!

ION, saleslady is not calling back yet. I won't be able to climb back into bed after all. Thankfully I got a TON of sleep, just was being greedy and wanting more.

Try Silhouettes and/or IGIGI.

Also B & Lu, and alight.com (which can be hit-or-miss).

Thanks! I've checked them and seen some possibilities ... just not sure if they're ME.

Actually, Todd, check Coldwater Creek, too. A lot of their stuff can be matronly, but not all; what I *have* bought from there, I've loved, and it's been well-made and fits true to the size charts.
