Well, ugh. My 92-year-old Grandma is in the ICU and is going to need surgery to remove an inflamed part of her bowel. She's been in the hospital and nursing home back and forth over the last few weeks and has just been in so much pain and so uncomfortable.
Just. UGH.
ETA: she's going in for emergency surgery tonight, her colon is FUBARd.
