[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Ugh, Scrappy. So sorry.

I've never had a Peep. They sound ick.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, hey, people who are British or lived in Britain -- I know this will sound like an insane question, but Funyuns aren't sold across the pond, are they?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Scrappy, thinking of you and yours. So sad.

Peeps are not for eating, people. They are for decoration only.

private cord blood banking or no?

Should we have a baby, we plan to donate the cord. DW's dad's bout with leukemia taught us that there are many in need out there and I'd rather help someone who really needs it right now than hold on to it in the 1 in a million chance my child might need it. We have lots of friends who did nothing with the cord and it broke my heart, though I understand that donating it is not typically presented as an option from what I hear.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It looks like Funyuns are North American only: [link]

Thank you, Mr. Scola.

Apparently people all over the web are very sad about the discontinuation of Wasabi-flavored Funyuns.

Librarian Warlord

I understand that donating it is not typically presented as an option from what I hear.

It's not that it's not presented as an option - it is only available at a handful of hospitals because participating is still so expensive. We'd have to deliver in VA to be able to donate. [link]

OMG, how wrong is this? Makes me so angry!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Glam, looks like you have a few options in LA (definitely more than Northern California has): here's the current California list from the National Marrow Donor Program.
