I could be sympathetic if he tried. But telling me that you didn't make the copies I needed because the copier was out of paper when there are two other offices in the building, and you had my cell phone number and knew that I was checking my blackberry is not trying. I think some people think that asking questions is a sign of weakness, too. But it's so much better than not doing something because you don't know exactly how to do it. Boy should learn that fast!
