Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Remind me to thwack Daniel upside the head with a herring when such vigorous movement won't cause a coughing fit.
ION I bring you a ferret and a guitar: [link] (YouTube)
Well, he's...he's, ah...probably pining for the fjords.
Do ferrets eat meat?
Yes, ferrets eat meat - they are at least as carnivorous as cats, IIRC.
Ferrets are worse than cats when it comes to curiosity and getting into stuff and food. The one we fostered made the crazy kitten crazier and we found his stashes everywhere when we moved out.
I have to get up early tomorrow morning to help run a high school math competition. It's required that all grad students who have department support (either a TAship or a research grant) help out at this thing. I do not have department support this year. Yet, my name ended up on the list anyway.
At least I didn't have to go through the training again. Last year, they made us all sit through an hour-long training session on how to run this thing. My entire job was clicking buttons on a stopwatch.
Gak, Hil. May it not be too mind-numbingly boring.
Loving the Bible spoilers.
I edited my article and sent it to my advisor with a note that I'm putting it up on arxiv next Thursday and I'd appreciate any comments he has before that
Nice going! I hope it's well received. And a high school math competition could be fun. Despite their reputation as a group, I swear high school kids are OK really. (Says the ex-schoolteacher).
And the only question in my mind is, Kraft Mac&Cheese or angel hair pasta with stewed tomatoes.
Kraft mac and cheese for me every time. But that's because we can't get it over here, and I have to grab it while I can, which is usually when The Girl brings it back from Houston for me. She brought back 18 packets on Monday. I've already eaten 6.
Erika, your KOS posts are great. I don't understand most of the references, not being in the US, but your cynical style is much fun.
Not-mono~ma, Kristin. I hope the blood work shows something they can treat quickly and easily.
