Yay, Stephanie!! Congrats!

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Congrats, Stephanie!
That is ridiculous, beth. Sometimes shit like that has to happen, but to not even acknowledge that it's asking a lot, come on Matt's employers.
Those clothes definitely ought to be given to Jilli so that they can be shown off to full advantage. Yes.
Yay, Stephanie!
Boo on M's employers, beth. That bites leprous donkey dick.

I have skipped class for the night and have come home to don my inside pants and crawl into bed to do homework. I'd love to sleep, but I have Too Much to do.
I think I'm going to ask my physical therapist on Thursday about whether getting a cane or crutches or something might help me. My ankle is hurting way too much for the amount of walking that I've done today. (Which was practically none -- a block and a half to the office and a block and a half back, and a few times I had to get up to pick up something from the printer, which I doubt is more than about 50 feet away.)
Yay, Stephanie!
That's absurd, beth.
A cane might be less likely to throw out the shoulder, but the PT should give you a better idea.
Yay Stephanie!
Thanks, everyone. I'm...excited, but also a bit taken aback. We had been casually looking at houses since we got here and had prequalified for a mortgage just because, but I really didn't see us buying a house until after the new year at the earliest. So I'm in a bit of shock.
But the house has wood floors! and a gas stove! and the carpet it does have is *not beige*! and it has a cute little office off the entry way that I am totally claiming as mine.
Oh, and before I forget, a big boo to Matt's employers. Seriously, if you are going to be working on Christmas, that should be spelled out way in advance.
