Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

From what I've read, submitting something that doesn't look like it needs a lot of editing is a big plus.
Well, the way to really look at it is, there's so much being submitted that turning in something that's riddled with errors is a quick trip to the R pile.
In my view anything that doesn't trigger instant rejection is a big plus, even if doesn't improve the odds much.
I made a couple of apple crisps last week, and, when I discovered I didn't have enough meon juice for the last one (after already slicing a shitton of apples) I used Grand Marnier for soaking the last batch of apples.
DEE-licious!
I also marinated fruit for a day in Grand Marnier when I made sangria at my bday party -- several of my friends proclaimed it "the best sangria they'd ever had" and it was really damned good.
Grand Marnier -- WIN!
I passed my 3 hour glucose test! Yay!!!! No gestational diabetes for me (or Shanie)!

YAY!
I'm declaring my first attempt at apple crisp made of win, although I am going to steal that grand marnier trick for next time.
Yay GC! Good news, I'm glad to hear it!
