I need to practice my pushups I can barely do any. However I did crunches for 3 minutes without stopping (okay I did them slowly) and I didn't even whine (unlike the teenage boys behind me).
Tonight we did step stool kicks and some kind of punch, crap I can't remember it's sort of a turn, hit them in the face with your fist/forearm. We were told this was a good defense for any guy in a bar trying to grab your boobs.
My arms got work out just from holding the pads but it was fun. Not many people tonight so we got a lot of personal attention.
I feel I'm all Kickboxing loves carrots, but it's fun and I'm picking it up, I did stuff tonight I never tried before and seemed to be getting it.
I just wish I was able to do even the bent leg easy push ups, I can do about 4 partial ones. It's frustrating.
Is this as funny as I think it is?
