There's something about a food that moves all by itself that gives me the heebie-jeebies.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Does she especially freak out over yellow pants? Or pants made of kryptonite?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Of course, she still throws a fit when she has to wear pants.

That's ok, so does Batman.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Does she especially freak out over yellow pants? Or pants made of kryptonite?

No. Any pants at all. Although, she did choose out a new pair of pants TCP the other day.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I've worried a bit over her obsession with All Things Princess and what gender roles/stereotypes I'm teaching her.

Heh. I had a princess phase aged about 3, in parallel with constantly asking my parents for a "trayctor" (I got a little red one) and being obsessed with Mighty Mouse. I even had ballet lessons during this phase (ugh). It passed, eventually!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Aims, you and MM are raising quite an amazing young girl.

I've been on this diet for three weeks, and it's been going great. Now, out of nowhere, I need enormous amounts of sugar. Ideally some form of triple chocolate ice cream. Can I blame this on swimming, please? Or the Dark Side? Or my mother? Or former President Bush. I think he's ultimately responsible.

Coding and Sleeping

Or former President Bush. I think he's ultimately responsible.

Don't be silly, it would be Vice President Cheney who's responsible.

TCG and I both seem to have eaten something bad at the restaurant last night. He of course is stubbornly still at work, but we both have severe stomach ick.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I feel a little embarrassed to ask this, but I remember that Barb's dog (and it took me three tries not to type that as "god") Mooshu was going in for tests last week. How did those come out?

Probably Condoleezza Rice, in that case. With me being one of them furrin types.
