I bet hot-and-sour soup is good, yet the name gives me some unappetizingly biley associations, so I've never had the guts(heh!) to actually eat any...isn't that dumb? oh, it's wonderful. it's a chicken broth based soup with small pasta, spinach or escarole, and little meatballs.
