{{{Teppy}}} I'm glad you were able to get the tooth taken care of, and I hope there is no pain when the novacaine wears off. Take care.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Oh, man, Tep. That is a rough morning.

Nora, you may appreciate what it made me think of:

"And Gummy Joe, where would you be without the Dental Plan?"

"I wouldn't have old 'Chopper,' here, that's for sure!"

Because, thanks to my dental insurance, the exam, X-rays, and tooth-ripping-out was $86. A bargain indeed.

(No, seriously, I *am* thrilled that I have dental insurance, and that it was less than $100. I just hate that I had to lose a goddamn tooth.)

Because books.

Oh, Tep, I've been there. He's right, though -- if it's the last molar in the back, you're not even going to miss it. And it sounds like your roots were to blame, not your hygiene! Stupid roots.

Make sure you keep it packed as long as they say to, and just be gentle with it -- you may be *sore* later but that ohmygodawful pain will be gone, for sure. Plus, you have percocet! You're covered!

Shit's all sorts of different now.

The fear of that sound was what led me to be completely under when I had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled. t shudder

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Teppy, I'm really glad you got that tooth taken care of. And see? Not. Your. Fault. Speedy and pain-free and/or well-drugged recovery to you.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I say this a professional sound man. SQUEEEMISH!! Also, I want a recording of the sound. Something tells me the way it sounded to you was a lot different than what a mic would pick up.

ok, now I'm back to being squeemished.

Glad things worked out ok for you Steph!

Off to shop at Ikea.. for work. I swear!

I was joking with TCG that the only major baby thing we didn't have to deal with yesterday was baby puke, and I called G's mother today to find out that G did indeed get sick on his dad shortly after we left. Poor little guy.

Trust my rage

The sound of having my wisdom teeth crunched and pulled is what led, I'm certain, to my only recurring dream in which I bite on something and all my teeth chatter into a million pieces.

Steph, I'm glad you are okay! I've been wondering how things went this morning.

brillig

I had the second to last molar pulled due to it being cracked. I don't remember the sound, but then I'm good at blocking htings out.

The good news is You're Done With It! Except for the recovery. And the pain of accidentally getting an M&M wedged in the hole, which probably won't be a problem back there.
