Wow, sending out mass quantities of ~ma to all thems what needs em.

The house hunting ~ma has been powerful indeed. My most recent offer was accepted, and it is on a house in an unbelievably awesome neighborhood. Like, 400% times better than i could possibly have expected. Inspection on Tuesday, and i'm excited and scared and hopeful and fearful about everything that could be wrong with it....there's already a LOT of cosmetic work that I consider to be necessary (personal opinion) but OMG i didn't dream of finding a home in a location so great in my price range.

In less awesome news, i'm pretty sure Nico has a tapeworm.

All possible kitty ills considered, it's really not a biggie. But gross. So very, very, very disgusting.

I realize no news is good news. But it's not helping much.

e_o that sounds very promising! And a deal in a good area means when you fix up those cosmetic issues, value goes up! Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

I hate my brain sometimes, and this is one of them. My brain is somehow wired for "hope for the best, plan for the worst" and it is thinking about that right now. Don't like it. Not helping me fall asleep.

I get why I'm feeling anti-social, but why am I watching Ghost Rider?

Oh, I almost watched because of the Nick Cage factor. Ended up watching Outbreak, but would have joined you in Ghost Rider and did a watch 'n post. I was working with tv background noise so not terribly engaged.

Yay, erin! That sounds very exciting. House projects are never ending with old or new houses. It's both rewarding and overwhelming.
