What you did to me was unbelievable, Connor. But then I got stuck in a hell dimension by my girlfriend one time for a hundred years, so three months under the ocean actually gave me perspective. Kind of a M.C. Escher perspective, but I did get time to think.

“Not dead yet!”

Seska, I blame this on the coffee not kicking in yet, but many thoughts and ~ma for TG and you and of course, TG's dad.

Our wings are not tired.

{{Seska and family}} My neighbor was diagnosed the same week as Swayze and all the publicity surrounding his ups and downs were watched closely. We thought we were going to lose him several times after his surgery and horrific chemo. I just was talking to him in the driveway a couple days ago and he is doing great now. Looks fabulous and seems healthier than I have seen him in 10 years. The doctors were talking 5-10% chance when he first had surgery. Scary shit. I know the Swayze loss is going to hit him and his partner hard.

Seska, I was not quite awake enough either. Tons of ~ma for TG's dad.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

Many thanks for the ~ma, all. It helps a lot to know that people are thinking of us. The Girl flies out to Houston for a week, next week, to be with her family where her dad has investigations. Her latest show is about to start, and go on for three weeks including that week when she's away, so she's going slightly loopy trying to find technicians to cover for her and deal with other related stuff. Bit stressful. But it's good that she can go and be with her family.

It's wet, muggy and autumnal here. This is sleepiness-causing.

Birthday happies to Nora!
