'Sleeper'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Let's not make too much of this "being social" thing I've been into lately. Particularly since a lot of those people? Teeny tiny.

Cobra's are two-seaters. I am merely thinking you'll want room for more than you and your purse.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

The Cobra would be too small for you because you'll want to pile a bunch of your friends in and go on an adventure. To the beach, to a show, to Idaho to eat a potato... Fun things. With people.

Then again... any of those big, pink, finned beasties that you have to smuggle in from Cuba go reel reel fast?

You do realize that Cuba != Tijuana, yes?

That said, I could see you in a big, wildly inappropriately pastel, finned beasty. And, yeah, they can go reel reel reel fast.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

The only car I've ever felt comfortable driving is a Mini Cooper.

I just talked to my dad. They're keeping my mom in the hospital overnight tonight. They're still not sure what caused the allergic reaction, and they're running a bunch of tests. Her blood pressure is back up to normal, though.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'm sorry your mom has to stay overnight, Hil. I hope they find the source quickly.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

My favorite Cobra picture. (With Carol Connors who wrote "Hey Little Cobra.")

SH, isn't the Nash fab? There's one in SF painted black and white with the vanity plate Le Pew.

What? You didn't expect me to say anything else, did you?

Bllrg. I did not want the flu, dammit. I would like to not hurt or feel exhausted. I would also like to stop coughing.

YES. Duh. I can go to Havana. It's only the Treasury Department that has a problem with that, not mean old you.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Lavender is tempting, but pink is classic.

If I were to get a car in NYC I'd want the Mini. The SmartCar is tempting for parking reasons, but I think it makes more sense for commuting into the city than for getting away from the city (which is what I would primarily want it for).

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

A cool car. But I gotta ask - why '65? That was the first year without tailfins....

Oooh, good point. It's just that I see '65s pretty often. What year would you recommend? (Not that I'll ever get one, but it's fun to dream.)
