Best. Husband. Ever.
He just called me from the Lush store at Mandalay Bay asking what he can bring me.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That really is a gorgeous dress. I'm no fan of blue, but that shade is luminous. It can only be made more lovely by you in it.
Hey, remember me talking about getting back into the gym? Well, I'm loving it.
I won't go into the many, many stats I'm keeping, but the basics are these so far: 5 weeks, 7 pounds, 2 inches off chest, 1.5 off waist and 3 off hips.
It feels pretty great even though I'm super sore right now.
15 more pounds to go!
One of the things I'm loving the most is hooping. I've even got my own hoop now. Just need to find some classes to expand my moves. I'm up to 45 minutes with only 2 or 3 drops. It's more fun than any hula hoop I ever tried as a kid!
I did something that's okay but it will be alright. I over vinegared but then corrected and used a tiny bit of dressing.
It's a combo of red wine vinegar (I should have used white wine), oil, brown mustard (No dijon) and dash of honey mustard, mayo, roasted garlic, fresh parsley and dried dill. I think it will be good.
WindSparrow, that's a gorgeous dress, and I think it would look wonderful on you!
Things that are glorious: WindSparrow's dress, Barb's DH, Bonny.
Aw, you sweetie you. mwah.

I agree. Also, askye's potato salad sounds really good too.
Would that dress were mine in a less theoretical way.
Props to Lewis! I had no idea there was a Lush store there.
Ow. I've got a rash from an allergic reaction to deodorant. (Stupid skin.) When I've had this before, the dermatologist gave me a prescription cream to stop the rash, and told me to only use baby powder as deodorant until the rash cleared up. I've been doing the baby powder this time, but it wasn't really itchy enough to seem like I needed to go to a doctor. But it was getting more itchy tonight, so I tried putting on some Benadryl cream, which usually works for stuff like that. Instead, it stung like hell. About five seconds after I put it on, I was grabbing a washcloth to wash it off, because it was stinging so badly. Only on one arm, though -- on the other arm, it worked fine.
Any clue what's up with that?
