I heard of an office once that rebelled against "casual Friday" and instituted "formal Friday". Men would wear tuxedoes, women would wear gowns and tiaras.
Once, a neat gimmick. Regularly, no.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I actually do like Verdana on-line because it is easier on my extremely bad eyes. But never for print.
How about:
Furry Friday
This could make some people really really happy.
We do spirit wear Fridays and wear our school shirts. We also have "gold Wednesdays" and wear a gold/yellow shirt (school colors=blue and gold).
Oh, the Parthenon. I must go see it again, now that work on Athena is finished
The one time I was in Nashville was for a F2F for the board I hung out on before I discovered Salon and Table Talk and y'all. We stayed in the hotel right across from the Parthenon-alike, which was very cool to walk through. There was an Athena there when I visited (1999, IIRC)--have they just refurbished her?
Work on Athena began in the 1990's, I think, but when I went to visit with my girlfriend in ~2004 Athena was there but unfinished. There may have been another smaller Athena in previously? I don't know.
One office I worked in had Ugly Shirt Friday once a month. This was fun, and quickly became Ridiculous Hawaiian Shirt Friday.
Long day, but started my ANT/Twitter experiment. If you wanna help me, do whatever it is you're doing there: [link]
