You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Electromagnetic candy! - Stark

I have a large bed (for a small person), and always sleep on the left side (for various reasons usually the bedside table is on that side, so I sleep close to the reading lamp; when I was in my relationship with Alfredo, HE slept on the left side. And I do not sprawl - I sleep all compact-like).

Today is incredibly surreal. 36 hours, no sleep, and several hours to go before I *can* sleep. And then tomorrow - MORE WORK.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Really? You don't sprawl across every available bit of mattress? I always do when I have the bed to myself. I only ever had single beds before H, so there was no real question of which side to sleep on when I was single.

I have a particular configuration with my arm hanging off the side. I turn around when I'm trying to get to sleep, but I think whenever I wake up, I am always facing the left, sleeping on my right side or stomach. I've always slept that way.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't sprawl because I share space on my bed with stuff. Currently a laptop and some clothes. But it doesn't really matter where those are. I can sleep either side.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I always sleep on the right side, JZ on the left.

When I was single, I always slept on the right. However, that was also the side closest to the window/furthest from the door, and since this bed is on the opposite wall I'm still closest to the window/furthest from the door, so even though I'm sleeping on my other side it still feels like I'm facing the right way.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

IME, where the side of the bed is in relation to doors or windows has been as important as actual side of the bed.

Then again I share my bed with a teddy bear, laptop, random clothes, cell phone, five pillows, 'Trick the iPod and two cats. I sleep where I can.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

For whatever reason, we switch sides when away. It's very odd.

We do the same. We've also switched almost every time we've moved. Not sure why.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I sleep in the middle at home, on the left at KBD's. Which is where I am now, watching NCIS.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I sleep on the left and TCG sleeps on the right. However, if I don't get up when he does, I roll over onto his side of the bed. We picked our original sides because I like to be closer to the door. In this apartment I am furthur away from the door, but we found it too difficult to switch sides, the snuggling was all wrong.

That's me! I tend to always get in bed from the right side (as you lay in it), but wake up in all sorts of different configurations. No clue what will happen if/when I get to share a bed again.
