Oh, at first it was confusing. Just the idea of computers was like — whoa! I'm eleven hundred years old! I had trouble adjusting to the idea of Lutherans.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My tats aren't in highly visible places, but I don't deliberately cover them up at work (beyond, you know, wearing pants).

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Gen-Xer here with no tattoo, either! Although every once in a while, I think I'd love to get one.

The first time I ever saw a woman with a tat was in the mid-80s. I was waiting at the Milwaukee train station to board a train home for a holiday break, and a very professionally-dressed woman was standing next to me, wearing a snazzy business skirt and holding her suit jacket. But, only visible from the side angle I was at, just inside the neckline of her v-neck shirt, I could see part of a rose tattoo on the right side of her sternum. That caught my interest, since I never imagined a businesswoman would have a tattoo!

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

All I have is a tongue ring but I'm pretty sure I'm getting the Chicago flag on my left bicep done at Jade Dragon next time I'm in town. I haven't decided if I want yellow fringe or not.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Needles? On purpose? No, thank you. I don't even have pierced ears.

Always Anti-fascist!

I have the one. Once in a while I consider another one, but not enough to really do it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I don't have any either. Never thought of a good design.

I love this design and wonder if it could be turned into a tattoo: [link]

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Working at a university, I see a lot of students with visible tattoos. Upper arm or high on the leg, fine, but wrist, hand and neck tattoos are not good.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

And, once again, I have nothing to say except for what I said yesterday:

Shir, I saw that! The Secret Goth Cabal (that doesn't exist) will be contacting you.

Pete doesn't have any tattoos, and doesn't want any. There isn't a piece of artwork he likes well enough that he wants it permanently on his body.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I had tattoo artist friends in college who offered to give me free ones but I couldn't think of anything I wanted to have on myself forever. And thank God for that because anything I'd have put on myself at 20 is not something I think I'd be happy with today.
