I just posted over in Natter about our power outage we just had--I'm pretty sure it's due to lightning, because immediately after the lights went out, thunder struck really loudly. It was only out for a few minutes, though.

Trudy beat me to what I was going to say: if I swipe powder across the area where I'm going to put the liner, it lasts a long, long time and doesn't smudge onto my puffy upper eyelids.
