I think CC to the owner/manager of that dealership would also be good.
'Heart Of Gold'
Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Oh my, I just found this on your dealer's website: [link]
Project 100
Welcome to Oak Tree Mazda. Located on Stevens Creek Blvd, serving San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland. Oak Tree Mazda is the Bay Area's premier Dealer for new Mazda and used cars. We want you, and every one of our valued customers to feel welcome, comfortable, and to be thrilled with your new car purchase.
Project 100 is "our goal to provide 100% customer satisfaction to 100% of our customers - 100% of the time!" For you, Project 100 means that we will provide you with a better environment, a higher level of service, and VIP treatment. We will go out of our way to exceed your expectations, and provide that "something extra" you won't get from other dealerships.
ETA:
They also have a link to a "Testimonials" website where you can rate your experience with the dealership... Heh.
Ahahaha! I didn't see that Project 100 thing, but I did see the Testimonials section. I imagine they will not publish mine on the website.

Right, but that's the information I can't find! I'm just afraid that my letter will somehow end up directly in the salesman's hands instead. I don't want him to call me up or something.

Dude, so what if he does? He was in the wrong here and clearly, he knows it, based on how his behavior changed when you said you were going to call.
I am conflict-averse! And I feel like I am going back on my word by still complaining after I said we were good. Plus, I just never want to speak to him again.
Cereal:
The owner of the dealership is Kevan Del Grande and it's part of the Del Grande Auto Group.
A man by the name of Shaun Del Grande appears to be the spokesperson of the group but there's a contact email for the group of georgek@dgdg.com, but I'm not sure yet who George is.
Yet.
More:
Shaun Del Grande is the president of the Del Grande Dealer/Auto Group and he's listed as the actual owner of Oak Tree Auto.
P-C, if you write Shaun or Kevan, it's not the same as calling Mazda. And if you ran a business that proclaimed itself as having the goal of giving 100% customer satisfaction, wouldn't you want to know when one of your salespeople was being a dishonest jackhole?
I saw both Inglorious Bastards & GI Joe this weekend. GI Joe was far better flick. Shocked me.
Is this one of the signs of the Apocalypse? omnis, how do you feel about Tarantino's other work?
I agree with WindSparrow when it comes to customer satisfaction.
In feline news- does catfood go stale? I bought a big bag a while ago and we're nearing the bottom. She demands to have her bowl filled when it's still half full and then takes one bite and meows at me.

Given that even dry catfood is pretty high in fat, it's possible that the oils in the kibble have gone rancid.
eww ick. I'm going to the pet store.
