Totally agree with this. Mostly the hurty ankles part, because my right ankle is killing me today. I hope this doesn't lead to another month long hobble session like it sometimes does (one cranky joint causes another one to flair up, which causes another one to flare up, rinse, lather, repeat).
I'm currently induldging in the "nuke from orbit" option with mega-doses of ibuprofen like I was prescribed the last time. We'll see.

Huh, it seems the excercising is making it a little easier to walk up stairs. I don't hear/feel my back cracking with each step, and I seem to be going at a slightly faster pace. Damn it, that means I should keep working out.
