I was chatting with my BiL yesterday. He was telling me about this diet idea, that what you should eat is based on what blood type you are. Has anyone heard or tried this? Here is a link to the site:

it's to support the books on the topic, so not chock full of details.
This weekend:
Good: Got to see best friend who came in from L.A.
Bad: She was here for ex-frenemy and ex-boyfriend's wedding.
Up in the air: I was introduced to "Let Me Smell Yo Dick."
This is the one I just got to replace my dead multifunction.
Yeah, my current dead one is also an HP and it's lasted a long time and performed well, so I'll probably go with another. They seem to talk to Macs without too much issue, which is another bonus.
O_a, some of it's a little woo woo but there are parts of the eating for your blood type that make lots of sense. Especially why some groups of people slide right into vegetarian lifestyle and some never feel healthy without meat in their diets.
Okay, I want to read the article now, but I have no freakin' idea what my blood type is. I find myself curious, because since I've started eating 90% vegetarian, I've been able to operate on 4 to 6 hours of sleep pretty much every single night, which was *never* possible for me before.
Yes, there's the whole idiotically happy thing, but I really don't see how that can account for all of it.

I see your dilemma - I am laughing in between EWs!!!!!

Everything I've read about says it's full of shit.
(sits with Teppy)
That was kind of a fad a couple years ago.

I felt ok as a vegetarian, but I feel best on a low-carb style diet. I did not lose significant weight on a vegetarian diet while being very physically active; but I did loose some weight on a low-carb diet. Considering that this is more or less completely the opposite of what the blood type diet recommended for me, I never even bothered to try it. So I do tend to think it is utter bunk. I mean, it's a nice idea, and if it worked, I could see how it would be reasonable.
Have you seen it, GC? I would link to it, but I can't get to youtube at work, I don't think.
