And more computers, because, really who doesn't?
The question we ask today is not whether our computers are too many or too few, but whether they work--whether they help families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to get more computers. Where the answer is no, computers will end.
I am so proud of myself for loading up the crock pot before I left for work. I feel like such the little homemaker.
I *also* need a fitted blazer in a b&w or b&grey wide-ish stripe fabric. But can I find one in a size 12/14? Noooo.
(Yes, I am distracting myself from reviewing the print out of my manuscript. But I'm almost done! Really!)
Someone save me from Dora!
Dora is sooo much better than the Bratz or Disney princesses
Well, that's true. It just seems a little young for her, but that's ok. She's happy, generally.
I really think she's getting what R1 has. This is gonna be a long week if both kids are sick.
Thanks for the ~ma for my dad, everyone. It seems as if the problem has been alleviated, if entirely solved. It seems that Botox injections are keeping the misbehaving arteries in working order.
I have told Dad that he will now have young looking if oddly expressionless fingers.
In other news, I have a King Cake in the oven.
Without icing and colored sugar, it looks like the world's largest bagel.
I have a King Cake in the oven.
I admire you from afar, as I intend to *buy* my annual Paczki for my co-workers. (I wouldn't be able to bake them, anyway. Nor a King Cake. I am not that gifted.)
But om nom nom -- tomorrow, paczki and King cake!!!
