Unfortunately I can't sleep with those; they make me gag. I found that out the hard way with the $300 soft guard I got a couple of years ago. Should have used the cheap pharmacy kind since I couldn't sleep in either of them. Ah well.

I ask because my dental plan is just a reimbursement, but my HMO (medical) covers the cost of the nightguard with a referal from my regular doctor.
