Is anyone familiar with the Mazda TotalCare extended warranty? Is it worth it? Do they REALLY give you your money back if you never use it? Will I need it at all, based on Mazda's general reliability?

I'm letting mine grow again. The short hair was a nice experiment, but I'm too lazy to go in every four weeks for a trim.
I'm also ready for a new color. I'm thinking of going back to basic brown.
