So I knew that leaving crap on the stairs was going to get me one day. I always just thought it would happen in the middle of the night. But no, I just tripped on something and slid down the last few stairs and landed on my back. Am experiencing lots of interesting burning pain in my lower back on the left side. I'm a little worried it's going to hurt a whole lot more later.

I just tripped on something and slid down the last few stairs and landed on my back
The last person I know who fell down stairs broke her ankle in 3 places. I was the one who heard her fall, then the faint "Help." Still, the paramedics were cute.

I love that PSA. I especially love that it's not just showing the father playing with his daughter, but doing it on her terms, rather than just taking the kid along to something that he wants to do.
