Wash: Little River just gets more colorful by the moment. What'll she do next? Zoe: Either blow us all up or rub soup in our hair. It's a toss-up. Wash: I hope she does the soup thing. It's always a hoot, and we don't all die from it.

Here's a random question: Was "clash of the titans" a common phrase before the movie? Or is it ubiquitous now because everyone who saw it at an impressionable age is now old enough to be writing sports headlines?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jesse, I too would like to live in your old neighborhood.

I almost wish I hadn't been there a few weeks ago! I had kind of forgotten about it.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Well, just got a call from the SO. He got his buffalo. Not that he wasn't going to, since it was a harvest not a hunt. But they're at the skinning shop at the ranch now and will be heading toward the processor back here in AZ shortly. He says he didn't enjoy it much, but his buddy had a blast.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I recall "clash of the titans" being an already familiar phrase when the movie came out, but I was too young for any specific prior uses to come to mind at this point. Seems like something tailor-made for boxing, though.

Only two hours left of school. I am for some reason ridiculously tired. Send awakeness!
