I don't want to have a cold. I can't afford to have a cold. So why do I have this dry hack?

Because books.

I got a "This activity seems like malware" page this morning.

My husband just heard on the radio that apparently Google is having some sort of global meltdown, and a lot of Europe and some parts of the U.S. are affected. Said it may take all day to fix.

Mine's okay, though.

I love Buffista Vegas!

This Buffista LOVED Vegas, for sure.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Hope your trip home was easy, Amy! Nice to see you made it back.

Mine was surprisingly smooth, despite the snow up here and the TINY LITTLE PROP PLANE we flew to Syracuse in. ::shudders:: I'm so sorry yours was so nightmarish. Stupid planes.

Coding and Sleeping

Even this morning I'm still somewhat traumatized by Jeff Bezos laugh on TDS. Also, Stewart seemed singularly unimpressed with the Kindle 2. I haven't checked out the Kindle, but my first thought was, "Hey that is pretty cool...". Then I heard the price and my thought ended with "...for somebody else."

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The reviews I've read by people who own the Kindle are rave-a-licious. Ask Gris.

Today is Leverage day! The marathon started at 7am!

Ooh. TNT is showing the LotR trilogy this weekend. Time to haul out the extended discs again. It's my cue.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I want a burrito for lunch, but I'm not sure I want to walk all the way to Chipotle. It's cold outside!
