Dinosaurs fucking robots?!?! You know it is getting added to the Fetish map AS WE SPEAK! Also? with all my trips to the AMNH, I don't think I've ever read anything there about telling a male dinosaur from a female, now I will have something to do next time we go and mac looks at the same things for the 100th time.
My goodness, the entitlement drives me nuts. Especially since I teach something where working hard actually will get you a good grade, but the work seems menial because you are losing a new skill. I will never forget the student who did not come to my class for the entire semester because it was too cold in the room,and then wondered what she could do to make it up. I wanted to do nothing, but was told by the department head that I needed to give her a chance, so I had her clean and sort all the shoes (which I did with her). She told me she was going to call her mother and tell her I made her do work that was beneath her and that her mother would be really mad. I told her that if this was the worst thing that she ever had to do in her life, she was lucky!
I need to take the gift tree down. But it is hard; I don't want to lose the daily reminder of my neighbors and I don't want to put away the wooden angels from my mother's childhood. I will, but this was a Year and it means a lot to me to see on my bookcases daily. And I'm not even a holiday person!!
you do not need to justify keeping up the gift tree. happymaking is reason enough.

Now Casper is overjoyed because mr. flea brought home Harry Potter #1 for her. I think she is a little young, but we'll see.
Emaryn was excited about HP #1, but then lost interest and never read #2. Artemis Fowl on the other hand.... she's probably read a couple of those 20 times.
Leif is really interested in the Harry Potter books when he's at the library, but isn't interested in them at home. He's into Scooby Doo, Goosebumps, and Bailey School Kids books.

You know, as cool as cheetos and chopsticks is (are?) (no, "is," because I'm referring to the singular compound cheetos-and-choptsticks experience), I have an unholy love for licking the neon orange "cheez" off my fingers after eating a bunch of cheetos.
