Pure fun. My parents and I are going (they generously are paying for it.) Final destination is Bhutan, but we have a couple days on each end in Kathmandu.
Reading mixed reviews on the airport for long layovers. But for $40, econ class slugs like ourselves can get access to one of the lounges that has showers and such, which might well be worth it after 20 hours! Since we'll be there 7 and 10 hours.....

I expected work today to be stressful, but not this stressful. We had a surprise round of layoffs late this afternoon, losing the last 3 people hired. Our office lost the assistant I share with a fellow manager, a great guy who's really industrious and gets along well with everyone. Ugh. I'm beginning to worry about maybe needing to get a resume updated.
