I tend to avoid heels (on boots and such) because they make it much more likely that I'll hit my head on something.

I've been wearing shoes like Cashmere's for a few years now. I can't do much height because of my knees, either. Maybe for a short time, but nothing more that 2-2.5 inches. Skechers also has some wedges that are slightly dressier, but still comfy. I think I have even walked 2.5 miles home in mine.

This morning I got up, sat on the couch and was instantly covered in cats. and I had a sneezing/watery eye fit that was almost like an allergic reaction, except that I am not allergic to cats. It was strange. I may just be getting a cold, I guess.
