Now I think I'll be getting a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, with some ketchup to dip it in, of course.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have a Luna bar for lunch, but a bunch of us are going out for barbeque right after work, so I have that to look forward to!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Can we get some Swiss cheese in there? Just for Perkins.

Dude! ON THE LIST

What are people doing this weekend? How many people get Monday off?

For me, Saturday is cleaning (sleeping), Sunday is errands (sleeping), and Monday is Coraline in SF.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I have a lot of bullshit to take care of this weekend, but I can't quite remember what, aside from going to Target to return some stuff. And I have plenty of time to do it in (whatever it is) because of Monday off! Yay!

Now tagless for your comfort.

The Wall Street Journal has noted the Cilantro Wars: [link]

DH is reading that right now. We're a divided household.

I've got a half-day off today so I can go to the doctor's and talk about weight-loss ideas and get the usual check-up done. Tonight is both BSG and Dollhouse (yay!!) and finishing up my laundry.

Tomorrow is a short shift at the bookstore, and then I'm heading downtown to meet my dad, brother and nephew for dinner (bro's in town for the weekend to spend it with his son, and Dad's tagging along on their trip to the Auto Show on Saturday). Sunday will be cleaning and running some errands, and hopefully doing some cooking for the week.

I would be off on Monday, but my boss sent out an e-mail last week to the three of us in the department, wondering if at least one of us could join her in working that day to get stuff done and be available for those who don't get the day off. I can take a day off later in the month as comp time, so that's okay.
