Oh dear lord, there was just a funny. Devi is asleep in the carrier. Loki came up, stuck his head in to sniff. She woke up, bleary. He backed up all sketched out and she went back to sleep. AFA-he's-C, she IS the Big Bad.

Sigh. But it was as if I could see thought bubbles.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Dave Grohl was grinning like I've never seen a man grin.

“Not dead yet!”

And Jay Mohr should never be allowed near a microphone.

Punishingly Intricate

Okay, I'm watching the BAFTAs on BBCAmerica and they just did the Who Died montage and for one I feel like I just spoiled myself for the Oscars. Also, every dead person but one was male. Cyd Cherise was the only woman.

Oh hey, Mickey from Dr Who just won a rising star award.

Oh Neil Diamond, he's cheesy and awesome at the same time.

“Not dead yet!”

I loved Paul McCartney leading the sing-a-long from the front row and Jordin Sparks looked like a giddy little kid. Which, okay, she is, but still.

Neil is seriously cool.

Thrive to spite them

I don't think I've watched the Grammys in a while.

It seems, I dunno... cooler than I remember somehow.

Quite possibly it was everyone in the crowd ready to break out in applause just knowing Paul McCartney was going to take the stage. And the blues jam that was just up there.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I just backed up my computer, and I'm now going to attempt to replace my RAM. This could get ugly fast. The new RAM came with no instructions. It didn't even come in a package, just a little plastic baggie. Thanks a lot, Fry's.

Anyway, if this doesn't work out right, it was nice chatting with you guys.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Alibelle, if you're still online, don't be afraid to push the RAM into the slot pretty firmly. Sometimes it takes a lot of effort.
