Giles, if you would like to get by in American society, then you are going to have to follow our traditions. You're the patriarch. You have to host the festivities, or it's all meaningless.

I need to use up a pie crust this weekend. What kind of pie should I make?

Quiche!! Or you know, a chocolate pie.

sara, at the almost end of last season. Remember, it was the waitress/one night stand thing? And she told him and she was going to have an abortion and he convinced her otherwise.

Also also also, back from Coraline. Saw it in 3-D. Anyone else see it yet?

I must have missed/forgot that one. I tend to wane at the end of seasons anyway. Kat! Miss being online with you. Which is more my crazy work and thus being not online with a lot of folk I miss too.

It might get better, it might not. This weekend will be a predictor.

yikes. I hope it gets better.

I miss being online with you too. I seem to be doing a ton of reading and not very much conversing these days.

It's a rainy friday. I went to the movies with a group of 10 of my students plus one student's mom. It's been a weird night and it's not even 8 yet.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I vote quiche too.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I could do quiche.

Not twice though.
