Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

I just liked what's-his-name so much I don't want to watch the American version. You know, the guy. PM Harold Saxon.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

A new political party in Israel this year: the Holocaust Survivors and Grown-Up Green Leaf Party. Their platform is Holocaust survivors issues (something like 1/3 of Holocaust survivors in Israel are living below the poverty line), some vague stuff about human rights without many details, and legalization of marijuana. They seem to be formed from some people who left the Pensioners' Party and some who left the Green Leaf Party, and for some reason decided to join together to form this new party. [link]

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

So, I'm dying of curiosity: Scola, which event did you go to last night, and how was it?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Secret Science Club was fun, although the scientist ran out of time and got all hand-wavy towards the end. I was hoping to see more practical results and less speculation about potential uses of bioflourescence.

And then there were lots of good-looking geeky science chicks there, and I ended up standing in the corner, too paralyzed to do anything about it, and today I'm in a pretty crappy mood.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Aw, that sucks. I can totally see that happening to me.

Art Crawl!!!

Did you guys think that this week's LoM was shown out of sequence?

Like it should have been before last week's? Because last week, Sam didn't have that wound and this week he did?

It was fun seeing Jesse and this is the most differernt I've seen him look. I think it's brushing the hair forward like that. He didn't look like that when he was on 24 or when he was the devil in that car ad.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

1) you went instead of staying home
2) being mad at yourself can't change last night
3) just being there gives you interesting things to talk about to other geeky chicks you will meet later
4) don't make me yell at you.

“Not dead yet!”

Did you guys think that this week's LoM was shown out of sequence?

Sumi, I don't think so because in the opening sequence, Sam referenced the Russians from the week before. I think the idea was that this "Internal Affairs" investigation was happening after the Russians (which occurred some time after the shooting) but the events they were investigating/referencing came just after the shooting, i.e. before the Russians.
