I am so sorry for your loss, Calli.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I meant to say that JT and JB are excellent celebrity sightings! Anywhere! I meant to say it before...

I went to the theater! And saw Speed-The-Plow! And it was excellent!

Hivemind, please diagnose me: I have a sore patch of skin on my hip. It started being sore yesterday, and I thought maybe the zipper on my skirt was irritating it (through my tights?) It is not red or rashy or otherwise visibly affected at all, it just hurts to the touch. Putting lotion on it is a little painful, but also soothing. It's about 4 inches square. WTF?

Chapping? I get that in patches around my hips this time of year due to dry air + so many damned layers rubbing. I'd wear different stuff and watch it for allergies.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I am a little scared that if I find out otherwise, I will have a sheep in my apartment.

Have you met sheep?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mmm. Mutton.

I'm working my sister up to listening to the Christian Bale profanity. And she's the one who sent me the link in the first place. But she's shying away from it. I've gotten her to listen to the remixes so far.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Perhaps only by (1) drink snobs or (2) people who are Irish or are snobs about Irish matters.

You called!? As a beer snob of diluted Irish heritage I call it a black & tan.

Porter is one of the oldest style of beers in England. Stout evolved from it. No I don't know what the difference is. But I will ask my husband WHILE WE ARE IN BED! KISSING!!

(sorry, I thought I'd put in a slightly less disturbing image than the baby lamb poop and fake peeing in a variety of skin tones.)

Edited to add: I consider Bass to be the tan in the black & tan. Harp is more a gold and is inferior to Bass.

Oh man! . That's a good read aloud!

Flea, sometimes I get bruises that don't rise until the pain is gone.
